To transfer a call, follow these steps:

On a PC or laptop

1. When on a call, click or tap the More actions button (...)
   
   
   
   
   

2. Click or tap Transfer to bring up the transfer screen

3. Select your transfer options
   Enter the person's name or extension and click the Transfer button:

   If you enter a name (not an extension), you can transfer directly to voicemail or have the call ring back to you if the person isn't there.

   

On a desk phone

1. Tap the Transfer button
   
   
   
   

   All desk phones work the same way. The widescreen phones have the same controls in the center of the screen. In addition, those phones have a physical Transfer button you can use to bypass this step.
