If you'd like to set a custom voicemail greeting, or change the one you have already set, follow these steps.

In the Teams desktop app

1. Click the "..." button in the upper right corner of the Teams client, and select Settings from the menu. The Settings dialog box will open.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Calls on the left side, and click the Configure voicemail button
   
   
3. The Voicemail screen will open.
   To record a greeting using a microphone, click the Record a greeting button.
   To enter a message that the system will read to callers, type the message under the Your custom greeting prompt. You can also enter a separate greeting for when you're out of the office.
   
   
4. When you're done, click the OK button to save your changes.
