Show all messages in webmail (disable conversation view)

If you're having a hard time finding messages in webmail or they appear out of order, it may be due to Conversation view. Follow this guide to ungroup messages and show them in the order they arrived.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to webmail - https://mail.njstatelib.org
  2. Find the Filter link at the top of the message list
  3. Click the link, move the mouse down to Show as, and click on Messages

This view needs to be changed on each folder individually. There is no way to switch to Messages view on a mailbox or system level.
