Smartermail Content Filtering - Remove an Address

If you aren't getting email you expect, the sender may be in your SmarterMail blocked senders list. Here's how to find out and fix it.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Log into SmarterMail webmail at https://webmail.jerseyconnect.net/
  2. Click the Settings icon on the left menu bar:


  3. Expand the "Filtering" menu and select "Content Filtering"


  4. If you have a filter called Internal Blocked Senders, the address you're looking for may be blocked. Select Internal Blocked Senders and click Edit at the top of the screen.


    If you DON'T have this filter, the email is not blocked by SmarterMail. Contact JerseyConnect support for assistance.
  5. Click Next at the top of the screen until you reach this screen:


  6. If you see the address you're looking for, remove it from BOTH text boxes.

  7. Click Next at the top of the screen, then Save to finish up.
