If you'd like to set a custom voicemail greeting, or change the one you have already set, follow these steps.
- Click the "..." button in the upper right corner of the Teams client, and select Settings from the menu. The Settings dialog box will open.
- Select Calls on the left side, and click the Configure voicemail button
- The Voicemail screen will open.
To record a greeting using a microphone, click the Record a greeting button.
To enter a message that the system will read to callers, type the message under the Your custom greeting prompt. You can also enter a separate greeting for when you're out of the office.
- When you're done, click the OK button to save your changes.
