How to Check Your Spam
JerseyConnect uses a hosted anti-spam service from GoSecure. See below for how to access your filtered spam.
Spam Digest Report
By default all email accounts will receive a weekly spam digest report, which includes all the spam that was filtered for the previous week. This report will only be generated if spam was filtered, so no report means no spam.
The links in the report like “My Account” and “Settings” will take you to the spam dashboard without needing to login. However the auto login will expire after 7 days and you will need to login with an email address and password.
Spam Dashboard
For on-demand access to your filtered spam go to https://njstatelib.email-protect.gosecure.net/console/ and login with the email address and password for your JerseyConnect hosted email account.
From the main dashboard (Messages tab), view your spam and Release items to your inbox if they're not spam. You can also modify your Digest Report on the Settings tab and manage your Friends (whitelist) and Enemies (blacklist) on the Policies tab.
