Used for when a User needs to login to the GoSecure dashboard to see if any e-mails have been wrongfully categorized as Spam or Junk mail.

Step-by-step guide


  1. Go to https://njstatelib.email-protect.gosecure.net/console/ 
  2. Click Personal

    Enter your e-mail address and password that you use to login to your work computer (same as your email password).

    You can read the “Personal Dashboard message that pops up and then close it when finished

    on "Sign in with your Microsoft work or school account".

  3. Type in your work email address (amuzithras@njstatelib.org) and click next

       4.   Select "Work or school account Created by your IT department"

    5.  Enter your password (the same one you use for the computer and email)

     6.  Click "Yes"

    7.  Click the "X" in the right corner to close after you have read the message

   8. Now you have access to your Junk/Spam filter. Any e-mails that may be missing can appear in this dashboard. Selecting an e-mail will show the contents of it at the bottom of the screen.

     9. In the upper left-hand corner, you can choose from how far back the message you are looking for goes (2 days, 5 days, Week, 2 Weeks and Months).

    10. To release an e-mail that has been wrongfully categorized as Spam or Junk, select the e-mail and click “Release”. A Release Confirmation window will prompt showing two different checkboxes.

    11. To make sure the e-mail doesn’t categorize as Spam or Junk again

; you can add the e-mail address to something called your “Allow List” or “Friends List”. Clicking the checkbox for “Modify my friends, enemies or other filter settings.” and pressing “OK”

          will bring up the following window:

    12. Select the e-mail address or addresses you would like to add to your “Allow List” or “Friends List” and select Finish. From now on, any e-mails from that address will show up in your inbox and not categorize as Spam or Junk.
